4: Return policy

Orderpoken and its partners have taken all the necessary steps to guarantee the accurate delivery of your Poken. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect Poken, please contact us by E-mail on support@orderpoken.com. We will provide you with a return address and will refund you for any mistakes on our part.

All claims regarding damaged, defective or incorrect Pokens must be made by E-mail to support@orderpoken.com within 15 days from the date the order was placed. Orderpoken.com only accepts returns for new, unopened and unused items in their original packaging.

5: Incorrect pricing

If a product has an incorrect price due to a typographical error or information received from our suppliers, Treasure Island Corporation has the right to refuse and cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price. If you have already paid for this product, Treasure Island Corporation will pay you the amount back, using the payment method you selected.

6: Chargebacks

You agree not to dispute any of our charges that are made to your credit or debit card that you have provided to us. If you nonetheless file a chargeback, you agree to be responsible to us for the amount of the original charge, any chargeback fees assessed against us by our credit card processor or company, and any chargeback consultant or related service fees incurred by us in investigating, resolving, challenging, or reversing any chargeback or attempted chargeback.
